Modern dresses and/or skirts I think various Smurfs would wear:

Brainy Smurf would wear either this brown one, which fits his sense of style perfectly (tie, trenchcoat); or this dark blue one with stars, which resembles the wizard robes he's worn.

Clumsy Smurf might wear this pink one, which looks like the dress he wore in Handy's Window-Vision; or he might wear this olive-green one, which just fits him.

Vanity Smurf might wear this one.

Jokey Smurf might wear this one.

Handy Smurf might wear this one, because it's a nice overall dress.

Farmer Smurf might wear one of these ones that I found when looking up "farmer woman."

Grouchy Smurf would just wear whatever he was given, I don't think he'd care.

Back in like 2011, Eric Greenberg interviewed Danny Goldman (voice of Brainy Smurf in the 80s smurfs series) on his podcast Just My Show (later renamed to "The Throwback"). Unfortunately, the full interview is not available online anymore, however I personally reached out to Mr Greenberg and he was kind enough to share the full episode with me. He has also given me permission to upload & share it online with other people. 😊
